Update On Permitted Baseline
I wrote a few weeks ago about the Environment Court's decision to amend the Permitted Baseline from 2 to 3 for the Mixed Housing Suburban and Mixed Housing Urban zones.
I did try not to write to you again for a month, but many expressed interested in the status of this, so felt you might wish to know the final position on it.
Parties had until 7th May 2018 to appeal and Council did not exercise that option.
Council have therefore confirmed that the new baseline is now operative.
