City Fringe Townhouse Development

Through a joint venture with an investment partner, we delivered an exciting project that set the standard for higher quality townhouse dwellings in a city fringe location. 

Ahead of its time and with resoundingly positive feedback we maximised the site's potential under the District Plan rules, whilst restoring a character villa that previously sat alone and run down on a large section. 

After painstakingly returning the villa to it's former glory and through site optimisation, additional modern townhouses were created.

These were well appointed 240sm homes with all the trappings you would expect. The site was optimised to deliver north facing aspects, with seamless indoor/outdoor flow. 

Generous family living zones downstairs with enough space for the extended family to stay. 

Upstairs delivered beautifully designed rooms including a stunning master suite with sweeping views of the city centre, capturing views of the Sky Tower and peeps of the harbour.

Apartment Scheme Gains Resource Consent In Highly Sensitive Area

After 8 long months at Council, we are delighted to have 'won' the common sense battle and had a boutique luxury apartment scheme secure Resource Consent. 

We are working hard to make up time so that we can progress the Building Consent and EPA approvals so that construction can commence for delivery in 2019.

It was our position that under the Unitary Plan the housing typology mix will change and lend itself to greater density and larger forms.

Our scheme is without a doubt leading the way in the Mixed Housing Urban zone. Whilst the scheme has tested the new standards, it is the direction in which the market is heading and more importantly, wanting.

We know this through the market research we have conducted on this particular development. 

We know that empty nesters and the baby boomer market are looking for small, boutique, single level living, which is safe, secure and low maintenance.
