Graeme Fan (Development Director)

Graeme started his property career in London, UK. He gained his experience by immersing himself in the process and labour of development. Responsible for the delivery of complex projects for high net worth investors, he successfully delivered a substantial portfolio of exciting developments for a sophisticated and demanding client base.

Graeme is a problem solver, creative thinking and loves a challenge. Since returning to Auckland, New Zealand he has steadily increased the scale and complexity of projects, building on the successes of each development preceding it.

He’s now responsible for leading exciting development opportunities he’s identified for Beau’s investor base, including boutique apartment developments, where he sees a growing demand particularly from the downsizer market and other significant opportunities to deliver solutions benefitting both the built environment and investors alike.

In his spare time, Graeme is a family man and enjoys mostly ;-), the demands of helping to raise his two young sons, yoga, jogging and staying healthy. He’d like more sleep, but who wouldn’t.
