We worked with a trust to deliver a terraced housing scheme that fully utilised the now operative Auckland Unitary Plan to deliver 5 terraced homes on what currently has a single dwelling.
Our knowledge and understanding of the standards and guidelines within the Unitary Plan enabled us to see what others could not.
Through our due diligence process we were able to quickly qualify the property as a suitable acquisition to deliver what's needed in the immediate vicinity.

Through a joint venture with an investment partner, we delivered an exciting project that set the standard for higher quality townhouse dwellings in a city fringe location.
Ahead of its time and with resoundingly positive feedback we maximised the site's potential under the District Plan rules, whilst restoring a character villa that previously sat alone and run down on a large section.
After painstakingly returning the villa to it's former glory and through site optimisation, additional modern townhouses were created.
These were well appointed 240sm homes with all the trappings you would expect. The site was optimised to deliver north facing aspects, with seamless indoor/outdoor flow.
